Circle Seven Gun Dogs Puppy Purchase Contract

In consideration for the payment of $_____.00 to Circle Seven Gun Dogs, this black/yellow Labrador Retriever, from the mating of the sire A Male Dog (__________) and the dam A Female Dog (__________) has been sold to ___________________________ on the date of _____________________ under the following conditions.

1.  If the puppy is reserved in advance of pick-up, the purchaser shall pay a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to hold the puppy.

2.  The purchaser shall have three (3) days from the date of receipt of the puppy to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of his/her choice. If the puppy is found to be unhealthy or infirm, the purchase price shall be returned in full. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. After the puppy reaches six months of age, Circle Seven Gun Dogs is under no obligation to refund any portion of the purchase price or provide a replacement puppy, except as provided below.

4. If the above said puppy x-rays positive for hip dysplasia before twenty-six (26) months of age, in the opinion of OFA/OVC, there will be a replacement puppy of similar quality, under the same contract, from the earliest possible litter. This is provided that Circle Seven Gun Dogs has received a copy of a certificate of spay or neuter, and if the puppy (regardless of age) is sold, any money received for it. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the buyer. No further health guarantee is made.

5. Should the defect be of a low grade (the puppy could function normally) and the purchaser decides to keep the puppy, Circle Seven Gun Dogs is released from any further responsibility and the purchaser will not pursue the matter further.

6.  If this puppy (regardless of age) is to be resold or given away for any reason, Circle Seven Gun Dogs must be given the first right of refusal on the puppy.

7. The buyer agrees to provide proper care for this puppy.
